Obituary of Henry B. Suwala Henry B. Suwala, 89, of Schwenksville, passed away Sunday, January 23, 2022, at Pottstown Hospital. He was the beloved husband of the late Frances (Servido) Suwala. Born November 13, 1932, in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Benjamin and Clara (Pytlewska ) Suwala. Henry grew up in Bridesburg. He was a proud member of the Brick Layers Local #1 for 67 years. Most days you could find him on the water in Cape May, New Jersey, fishing or crabbing. If he wasn’t there, he was in Atlantic City at Harrah’s listening to the ching-ching-ching, eating crab legs, spending money, and stealing cups. He is survived by his children, Michael Suwala and his wife, Debora, of Philadelphia, and Lisa Lawrence and her husband, Samuel, of Schwenksville; and four grandchildren, Benjamin, Nicole, Jessica, and Samuel. In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by his siblings, Stanley Suwala and Delores Donahue. Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family from 10-11 AM, with his memorial service starting at 11 AM on Friday, January 28, 2022, at the R. L. Williams, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc. 3440 Skippack Pike Skippack, PA 19474. The family is asking that all relatives and friends dress casually (e.g. Jeans and T-shirt).
