Frankie’s Obituary FRANKLIN LLOYD HARRIS, SR., (FRANKIE), 59, of Madisonville, passed away on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 24, 2022 at Sweetwater Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd Morris (Red) Harris and Eula Faye Moses Hooper; sister, Janet Harris; brother, Jerry Harris; former wife, Bobbie Paulette (Sissy) Plemons Harris. Survivors: sons, Franklin Lloyd Harris, Jr., of Etowah, Jeffery Harris, of Greenback; grandchildren, Luke Harris and Isabell Harris; half-sisters, Betty Bivens, of Vonore, Tammy Crayne, of Athens, Julie Harris, of Madisonville; half- brother, Ricky Hooper, of Madisonville; aunt, Mildred Martin, of Georgia; uncles, Melvin Moses, of Tellico Plains, Howard Moses, of Madisonville; several nieces and nephews; special cousin and good friend, Donnie Harris, of Etowah; friend, Mark Akins, of Madisonville; former wife, Melinda Dockery, of Tellico Plains.
