Frances Mary Stewart, 79, of Damascus, VA passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon, VA. She was born in Washington County, VA on July 12, 1943, a daughter of the late Bert and Bertha Wilson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Jerri Lynn Warburton. She had lived in Virginia Beach, VA for several years before moving back to Damascus, VA in 2000. Frances is survived by one daughter, Cynthia Jean Muscarella of Franklin, VA; one son, Jeffrey Allen Palmer of Virginia Beach, VA; five grandchildren, Allen Muscarella, Leah Muscarella, Megan Palmer, Nick Warburton, and Laura Warburton; one sister, Dorothy Cason; one brother, Donald Wilson; and several nieces and nephews.
