Frances L. Murray, age 91, of Flat Rock, passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at Beaconshire Nursing Home in Detroit. Born on April 28, 1931 in Paducah, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Thomas and Lucille (Henson) Badgett. On July 26, 1962 she married Roy Murray in Frostburg, Maryland. She was a cook in Wayland, Michigan schools before returning to be a cook in the Monroe School District. She later cooked at the Fifth Wheel Restaurant before managing Tom’s Bar in Monroe. She truly enjoyed cooking, baking, and traveling with her husband. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Roy Murray, daughter, Diana Kay Kittle. She is survived by her sons, Thomas Fred (Barbara) Kittle, David Bates, daughter, Karen Sue (BJ) Kittle-Hurst, 4 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren.
