Born May 21, 1952 in Danville, VA he was the son of the late Katrina Holland Thompson and Evans Edward Thompson, Sr., who survives. In addition to his father of Danville, VA, survivors include one son, Evans Thompson, III (Vanessa) of San Jose, CA; three daughters, Nyree Price (Mario) of Columbia, MD, Katrina Thompson of Upper Marlboro, MD and Jennifer Ingle- Thompson (Derrick) of Singapore; two sisters, Linda Hembrick and Diane Lawton both of Danville, VA and a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by one brother, Terry Wayne Thompson. Funeral services are incomplete at this time and will be announced when completed. Fisher and Watkins Funeral Home is assisting the Thompson family.
