  1. Extending my deepest sympathies to Bill’s family. I was a 2nd cousin to Bill on the Kerns side. It was always a pleasure to be around Bill. He was president of the Kerns Family Reunion for over 30 years. He always shared a funny story or joke in starting off the reunion. His presence will be greatly missed!
