Emily Williams Ball age 81, of Jefferson City passed away, Thursday, November 17, 2022. She was a member of Newport First United Methodist Church, she also taught school for 30 years in the Cocke County School System. She was preceded in death by her husband; Dewey Ball, parents; Fred and Edith Williams. She is survived by her Sisters; Diane Driskill, Jan Fancher (Richard), Sherry Trudeau (Ron), Nieces and Nephews; Kurt Huffman, Kristy Drybread (Rick), Kelly Huffman, Mark Sartan (Heather), Guss Fancher (Shea), Jake Fancher and several great nieces, great nephews, other family and friends. Celebration of life service will be held 7:00 pm Monday, November 21, 2022 in the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Billy Shelton and Mark Sartain officiating.
