Obituary Ella Faye Fuller, 82, of Atlanta, Texas, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 17, 2022. She was born on January 5, 1940, at home in Bivins, Texas to Bro. James Hershel and Lena Ford Wall. Ella was an active member of the Lydia Sunday School Class and the First Praise Choir at Atlanta First Baptist Church. She loved being in the choir and was passionate about singing, especially the older Hymns she loved so well. Even in her final days, Ella would tell people that the secret to a lasting marriage is to keep God first, your spouse second, and then your children. Although sometimes those grandbabies would run a tight race with Pappaw. She would always say to not go to bed mad and never count how many trips to town it took for Pappaw to get the right thing. Ella loved her family and all her grands and great-grands deep and wide, which is one of the first songs she taught to all of them. From icing cut-out cookies every Christmas to taking many walks around the block, there are many memories that will be cherished. “For me, for you, there’s a fountain flowing deep and wide.” She was preceded in death by her father, Bro. James Hershel Wall, her mother, Lena Ford Wall, and her three sisters, Alva Wilcox, Emily Crow, and Shirley Brown. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Carl Wayne; her brother, Jalon Wall and wife, Karen; her brother-in-law, Charlie Wilcox; her daughter, Jana McCasland and husband Kevin; her son, Carlton Fuller and wife, Missy; her five grandchildren, Ryan McCasland and wife Kirby, Kaci Johnson and husband Clifton, Leah Miller and husband Dustin, Grasyn Fuller, Stinson Fuller; her five great-grandchildren, Ella Kate McCasland (11), Blakelyn McGee (8), Landi Johnson (7), Ledger Johnson (6), and Hustyn Miller (4), and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 20, 2022 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Hanner Funeral Service. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at First Baptist Church, Atlanta, under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service with Bro. Wes Mills officiating. Interment will be in Huffines Cemetery. Those wishing to memorialize Ella may make contributions to the First Praise Choir at First Baptist Church, Atlanta.
