Obituary Donnie L. Meyers 70, of Eaton, passed away suddenly, Sunday, February 6, 2022. He was born August 30, 1951 in Richmond, Indiana to the late James and Joeanna (Worley) Meyers. Donnie is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Lisa Meyers; daughters, Melissa Boomershine and Amy (Greg) Wilkinson; grandchildren, Ashley (Logan) Churchman-Beare, Erika Wilkinson, and Sydney Wilkinson; siblings, Danny (Debbie) Meyers, Diana (Don) Shiflett, and Dennis Meyers; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He graduated from Eaton High School, Class of 1969. Donnie had been an avid softball player, enjoyed socializing with his many friends, and was a member of the Church of Christ at Eaton. The family will receive friends Thursday, February 10 from 2-4PM at PREBLE MEMORY GARDENS FUNERAL CENTER, 3377 US Route 35 East, West Alexandria. The funeral service will begin at 4PM with Pastor Paul Nichols officiating. Burial will follow at Preble Memory Gardens Cemetery.
