Delores “Dee” Funari, age 97, of Mesa, AZ, formerly of Bayport, MN, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 23, 2022. Preceded in death by devoted husband, Andrew of 73 years; daughter, Barbara (Kenneth) Haley; and grandson, Nicholas. Survived by sons, Bill (Sue) and Steve (Annette); grandchildren, Lisa (Mark) Curtis, Tracy (Mark) Larimer, Heidi (Jason) Franklin, Christina, Josh Rumpza, and Andy Rumpza; eight great grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; and other loving family and friends. Celebration of Life 1 PM with visitation beginning at 11 AM, Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN 55016. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Alzheimer’s Association (MN/ND Chapter) (www.alz.org/mnnd) 7900 W. 78th St. #100, Edina, MN 55439.
