Obituary Debra Lynn Swisher, 57, of Parkersburg, passed away December 2, 2022. She was born in Parkersburg April 25, 1965, a daughter of the late William Swisher and Hazel Louise (Whipkey) Swisher. Debra was Baptist by faith and was an EMT. Debra is survived by three children, Candi Parker (Jacob) of Millennium, North Carolina, John Wilson of Parkersburg, and Jenna Davis (Brandon) of Parkersburg, two sisters, Billie Jo Swisher of Parkersburg and Paula Sims (Kerry) of Walker, and eight grandchildren. Cremation services entrusted to the Leavitt Funeral Home Parkersburg.
