Dean Robert Goodrich, age 93, of Mankato, died Friday, December 16, 2022 at Laurels Peak Rehabilitation Center in Mankato. Funeral Mass will be held at 1pm, Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church with visitation one hour prior. Burial will follow at Woodland Hills Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to either SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church or Mayo Clinic Hospice in Mankato. Please share a memory of Dean and watch his service livestreamed at www.mankatomortuary.com. Dean was born August 8, 1929 in Easton, MN to Burton and Mary (Paul) Goodrich. He graduated from Delavan High School, was installed as a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus, and became a lifelong farmer. Dean was united in marriage to Dolores Perrizo and enjoyed over 60 years of marriage. Dean was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who loved spending time with his family. He also enjoyed meeting friends for coffee and playing cards, as well as coin collecting, traveling, and working on crossword puzzles. He is survived by two sons, Craig of Mankato and Steve of Nashua, NH; six daughters, Denise (Steve) Warmka of Farmington, Carol Behning of Edina, Londa Arnfelt of Owatonna, Jeanine (Dean) Weisbeck of Medina, Lisa Goodrich of Lester Prairie, and Michelle Goodrich of Mankato; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers, Byron and Gary (Shirley) Goodrich; three sisters, Audrey Esser, Marjorie Hansen, and Valerie Smith; two sisters-in-law, Pat Goodrich and Pat Goodrich; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Dolores; and two brothers, LaVerne and Darwin Goodrich.
