Constance “Connie” Louise Heard, 87, Retired USD 259 Office Clerk, died Wednesday, November 23, 2022. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am, Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Norma Herbst; daughter, Kimberly “Kim” Luce; son, Gregory Heard. Survived by her daughter, Stephanie Heard; son, David L. Heard; 6 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
