Connie’s Obituary Connie Mae Harbath, age 88, of Navarino, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022, in Shawano. She was born on May 18, 1934, to the late Arnold and Arline (Schoenike) Weinig. On September 19, 1959, she was united in marriage to Edward T. Harbath at Peace United Church of Christ. Connie worked at Clintonville Hospital and several nursing homes throughout her career as an RN. Her care and compassion continued to be useful as a 4H leader. She was a member of the Navarino Merry Maids Homemaker Club. Connie was very artistic and enjoyed doing crafts of any kind. Some of her favorites included crochet, knit and cross-stitch. Gardening was also a favorite pastime as well as bowling in her younger years. She is survived by her loving husband, Edward; children, Laurie (Bob) Wilkinson, Jim (Lisa) Harbath and Mark (Victoria) Harbath; grandchildren, Trevor Wilkinson, Joe (Katheryn), Amy (Ben) Koch, Jacob Harbath, Leah Harbath and Brandi (James) Ginnever; great-grandchildren, Lily, Eleanor, Teddy, Brandon, Brooke, James, Nova and Steven; brothers, Tom (Pat) Weinig and Lee (Elaine) Weinig; and sister-in-law, Eileen St. Onge. Connie is preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Don Weinig; and brother and sister-in-law, Clair “Bud” (Dorothy) Harbath, and Lila (Lloyd) Mitchell. Private family services were held.
