JOHN “JACK” CARROLL Jr. (RET) A Memorial Service for Chief Carroll will be held on Friday April 1st 2022 at Casey’s Eastside Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Services from 4:00-6:00 pm with a Service of Remembrance to be held at 6:00pm.
