Obituary Charles David Branscum was born November 12, 1948, to Ben and Donna Branscum in Pampa, Texas. He departed this life December 12, 2022, at the age of 74. David graduated from Bristow High School. He then attended Connors State University and Panhandle State University where he would finish his bachelor’s degree. He served his country in the United States Army National Guard. David was a welder and pipefitter. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and farming. He is survived by one daughter, Dalley Turner and husband Kevin; one son, Will Branscum and wife Robin; three brothers, Ranny Branscum and wife Linda, Lew Branscum and wife Trina, Todd Branscum and wife Jean; five grandchildren, Marley Branscum, Gentry Branscum, Penelope Branscum, Dylan Turner, and Drew Turner. He is preceded in death by his parents. A memorial service will be held 2:00pm, Friday, December 16, 2022, at the Hutchins Maples Matherly Chapel.
