Carol was born in Glendale, AZ to Cathrine and Edward Zak on July 10, 1969. She went to high school at Licking Heights, class of 1988. She married Stephen Rucker JR on April 20, 1990 in Columbus, OH. She graduated from Temple College achieving the CAN certification. Carol worked at the Scott & White in Temple, as well as the one in Round Rock. She also worked at Down Home Ranch in Elgin, caring for those with disabilities, lastly, she worked retail as the assistant manager. Carol loved her family and friends, and her cat Rush. She was always shopping, crafting, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with the ones she loved. Carol is survived by her Ex-husband Stephen Rucker JR, her children Cheyanna Emerson and Zachary Rucker, her brothers Christopher Zak and Michael Zak, her mother Catherine Zak, her two cousins Chris Dinwiddie and Philip and his wife Stacie Dinwiddie.
