Wilson (Dressner), age 83, died on December 15, 2022. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Barbara has lived in Sewell over 55 years. Barbara worked as a Crossing Guard in Mantua Twp. for 25 years. She was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Order of Eastern Star #52, VFW Pitman Memorial Post #6469 Ladies Auxiliary and the Tall Cedars Ladies. When her daughters were younger, Barbara was “the best” room mom at her children’s school and a Girl Scout Leader. Barbara loved spending time at the shore and relaxing by the ocean, traveling, reading Agatha Christie books and watching detective shows. She was predeceased by her husband Albert H. Wilson. Survived by her daughters Jacqueline (David) Marker, Barbara (The late John Sr.) Reiner, grandchildren Katherine Marker, Colleen (Joel) Guerrero, John (Alida) Reiner, Naomi Reiner, great granddaughter Raegan Guerrero, and siblings Helen (Robert) Truax and August (Diana) Dressner Jr. Friends may greet the family 9:30-11:00am on Monday in the Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave, PItman, NJ. Eastern Star Service 11:00am followed by a Funeral Service. Interment Gloucester County Veteran’s Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association at www.mda.org or to Shriners Hospital for Children at www.shrinerschildrens.org. Memories may be shared at www.kelleyfhpitman.com.
