Barbara’s Obituary Barbara Jean Prince age 89 of New Boston, Texas was called home to be with her Lord and Savior with her family by her side on Sunday, January 2, 2022. She was born on November 3, 1932 in New Boston, Texas to Robert Terrell (R.T) and Margaret Hammonds. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 51 years, James H. Prince and one great grandchild, Caden Jiminez. Survivors include four sons, James W. Prince and wife Chong Hee of New Boston, Texas, Terry Prince and wife Becky of DeKalb, Texas, Ronald Prince and wife Judy of Malta, Texas, and David Prince of Palestine, Texas; nine grandchildren, Bryan Prince, Jamie Prince, Hershie Prince, Ronnie Prince, Christy Wade, Kimberly Weaver, Jennifer Prince, Sonya Stark, David Bryan Prince, twenty-three great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. Funeral Services will held at 3:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 5, 2022 in the Bates Rolf Chapel, New Boston, Texas with Bro. Leo Smith officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 until 3:00 P.M. before services. Interment will be in Old Union Cemetery, Simms, Texas under the direction of Bates Rolf Funeral Home, New Boston, Texas.
