Arthur Leroy Brodeen February 14, 1928 – December 4, 2022 Share this obituary Send Flowers View/Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Brodeen, Arthur L. “Art” age 94 of Anoka passed away into eternal life with the Lord on December 4, 2022. Preceded in death by wife Wanda, oldest son Rick and youngest son Dennis. Survived by his granddaughter Nina (Michael) Fawcett, grandson Cody Brodeen, many nieces and nephews as well as several life-long friends. Art proudly served his country in the Army in World War II and the Korean War. Art was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who lived a life of great care, kindness, humility, compassion and laughter for anyone he met. He was proud of his independent living and cooking up to his final days. You could always count on him making a big pot of soup to share. He also loved fishing up north, telling stories, gardening, building bird houses/woodworking, playing harmonica and he was always up for a game of cards with family or friends.
