Obituary Please share a memory of Anthony to include in a keepsake book for family and friends. View Tribute Book Anthony W. (Tony) Davis, was called home on Wednesday, November 16, 2022. Tony was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, on March 2, 1962 and grew up on the south side of the city. Tony was a kind, simple, happy and content man with an incredible artistic ability and was most happy when he was outside enjoying nature. Tony could make anyone laugh and if you were fortunate enough to be around him for any length of time, you experienced his wit and unique sense of humor. He will always be loved and missed. Tony was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Nova Davis; his granddaughter, Tatyana Sims; sister-in-law, Claudia Davis; and his niece, Jeanette Davis. Tony is survived by his daughters, Amanda, her children Kimani Pierce and Giavonni Nicholson, Melissa, her children Brendon Davis and Derissa Johnson, Chelse Glowner, her children Deisi and Josue Gomez, son, Tony, his wife Heather, their children Nathan, Tyler, Gaige, Logan, Waylen and Colten and his great-grandchildren Malajah White and Allianna Pierce along with his brothers Earl (Andrea), Mitch (Ginger), sisters Betty (Bud) and Debra (Randy) and numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 22 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at G. H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home, 1605 South SR 135, Greenwood, Indiana, 46143. Celebration of Tony’s life will be held at 1:00pm at Heartland Church of Christ, 1693 West Main Street, Greenwood, Indiana, 46142.
