Uptain Fruithurst – Anna Ruth Uptain, 87, died Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at her residence. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, November 19, 2022 from 9:30 AM until 11:00 AM. at Dryden Funeral Home. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include: Daughter – Pamela Ryder Daughter – Lisa Brumback Son – David Scott Grandchildren – Amanda Sifford, Kandis Robinson, Danielle Nunley, Taylor Scott, Kayleigh Scott, & David Scott Great Grandchildren – 5 Pallbearers will be family and friends. Mrs. Uptain took care of her family, loved giving to others and was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved gardening, cleaning houses and cooking. Mrs. Uptain was preceded in death by her husbands, Aubrey Scott and Arvil Uptain, grandchildren, Stephen Phillips and Christian Scott and brother, Robert Mavrick. Read Less
