The live stream of Angline’s Funeral Service can be found at vimeo.com/event/2631560 Angeline Brock, age 95, formerly from Valley City, ND, passed away, Saturday, November 19, 2022 at CHI, Dickinson, ND. A funeral will be held at Oliver-Nathan Funeral Chapel, Valley City, ND on November 23rd at 10:30 am. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 22nd from 5pm – 7pm and one hour before the service all at the funeral home. Interment will be in the spring at Memory Gardens, Valley City, ND. An online guest book and live stream of her service will be available at www.olivernathanchapel.com Angeline (Kastet) Brock, the daughter of Hans and Agnes Kastet, was born February 27, 1927 on the family farmstead near Finley, ND by a Midwife. She grew up and attended school in Cooperstown and graduated from Cooperstown. After her graduation, she moved to Minneapolis and worked at a bakery and department store including assisting with translation. She attended college at Valley City Teachers College. Angeline was united in marriage to Loren Brock at Trinity Lutheran Church in Valley City, ND on May 28, 1950. The couple lived in Valley City where Angeline taught school at Hobart 64 and later worked at Mercy Hospital in Valley City as executive housekeeper for 30 years at which time she retired. Angeline enjoyed traveling, music, craft work, reading, cats and gardening. Angeline was a very hard working, loving mother and grandmother who will be missed greatly by her family. She was a past member of the Eagles Auxiliary and was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Valley City. Angeline in survived by her son, Wayne (Debby) Brock, grandchildren, Travis, Samantha (Levi) Perkins, and Adam, and two great grandchildren, Brian and Arthur Perkins, Sister-in-law, Glenice Kastet, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother, sister-in-laws and brother-in-law. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Oliver-Nathan Funeral Chapel.
