Amelia Patricia Averbeck October 30, 1935 – March 20, 2022 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook AVERBECK (Welsh) AMELIA PATRICIA “PAT” Age 86, St Paul, MN Passed away peacefully on March 20th, 2022. Our beloved Mother, Mother-in-law, Grandmother and Great-grandmother. Preceded in death by husband Dale; brothers, Ralph, Bill and Art Welsh, sister Marie Palmer and many other close relatives and friends. She will be sadly missed by sons, Tom (Kathy), Don (Cathy), daughter, Deb (Joost). Grandchildren, Andrew (Anna), Erin, Kelly (David), Nicole (Adam), Enya, Justin (Jennifer) and Jacob. Great-grandchildren, Aria, Avery, Ava, Halle, Carter, Addison, Dawson, Nevaeh and one to arrive in July. Celebration of life will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 28, 2022 at the Episcopal Homes, The Gardens, 1860 University Avenue West, St Paul, MN 55104. Visitation will be one hour before Celebration of Life service. A luncheon will immediately follow the service. Private interment will be at Sunset Cemetery. Many thanks to the staff at the Episcopal Church Home, Matilda House for being there for Pat when COVID hit. They were our lifeline and rock when we were not able to come visit her. They became her extended family and we are extremely grateful for their genuine support and loving care. We know that she touched many of them and they will miss her as much as we will.
