View Tribute Book Alan Ray McPherson, age 59, of Cass City, formerly of Lapeer and Atlanta, MI, died Tuesday, November 29, 2022. He was born July 26, 1963 in Lapeer, to Leigh and Betty (Rowden) McPherson. Alan graduated in 1981 from Lapeer West High School. Most of his life he worked as a carpenter in residential building. Alan was an avid deer hunter, he especially enjoyed hunting up north with his Dad at the cabin. Alan is survived by his mother: Betty McPherson of Lapeer; sisters: Debbie Muldoon of Davison and LouAnn (Darrell) Frantz of Ortonville; nieces and nephews: Thomas (Megan) Muldoon, Megan (Charles) Stadt, Matthew Frantz, Taylor Muldoon and Mackenzie Frantz; and great-nephews & nieces: Cashlan, Ledger, Mayvin, Brinleigh, Foster and Hunter. He was preceded in death by his father: Leigh McPherson. Cremation has been entrusted to Muir Brothers Funeral Home in Lapeer. Alan’s cremains will be buried at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Lapeer. A private family graveside service will take place, Rev. Grant Lobb will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church Kid’s’ Street Program, 1310 N.
