He was born in Monett, Missouri to Roland and Maxine (Stubbs) Kackley on April 23, 1949. Steven worked in Law Enforcement for the Police Department for 3 years and then had other jobs. Steven is preceded in death by his parents and 3 brothers. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Evylene K. Bough, Wichita; children, Leslie Kackley, Wesley Kackley, Casey Kackley and Lora Kackley (Ernest Moran), all of Wichita; 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tues. Dec. 1 from 5-7 pm with Funeral Services on Wed. Dec. 2, at 10:00 am, both held at Affinity All Faiths Mortuary, 2850 S. Seneca, Wichita, KS.
