Pascual B. Aguilar, Jr., 85, Topeka, Kansas passed away Thursday, November 19, 2020, at the home of his son, John Aguilar, in Gypsum, Kansas. Mr. Aguilar was born January 11, 1935, in San Antonio, Texas, one of 14 children born to Pascual Aguilar, Sr. and Sarah Borego Aguilar. He served our country in the US Army. On January 19, 1959, Pascual and Angelita Monica Duran were united in marriage, enjoying 45 years together until her death March 20, 2004. Mr. Aguilar was a supervisor at Skinner’s Nursery. He liked to garden, hunt, fish and attend his grandchildren’s and great-grandchildren’s sporting events. Grateful to have shared his life are his children, Becky Gerdes (Tim), Mabel Ramirez (Edward), John Aguilar (Tammy), Gabriel Aguilar, and Mary Aguilar; 14 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his parents and all his brothers and sisters. Funeral service for Mr. Aguilar will be private.
