John was born July 12, 1942 in Moweaqua, IL, to Haldon H. and Doris (Bilyeu) Bohlen. John is survived by his daughter Leslie (John) Hagan of Media, PA; sons Jonathan (Elizabeth) Bohlen of Chicago, IL and Eric Bohlen of Las Vegas, NV; grandchildren Carolyn Hagan, Anna Bohlen, and Dominic Bohlen; sister Anne Bohlen of High Point, North Carolina; brothers Phillip (Barbara) Bohlen of Moweaqua, IL, David Bohlen of Springfield, IL, Thomas (Sherry) Bohlen of Champaign, IL, Kenneth (Sandy) Bohlen of Springfield, IL, and Roger Bohlen of Spillsville, IA.
