Dailray’s Obituary Dailray Connor, 26, New Town, died Sunday, November 29, 2020 in Parshall In consideration of CDC, North Dakota, and Mandan Hidatsa Arikara Nation COVID-19 guidelines, social distancing will be observed, and masks are required.
