Sheri Nelson was born to her father and mother on September 27, 1960 in Philadelphia, PA. As a young child she grew up in Phoenixville, PA a suburb of the greater Philadelphia area. Her and family then moved to Ventnor city, NJ in the late 60s. Her childhood home was only a short walk to the Ventnor beach. This was when Sheri’s fondness for the beach blossomed. She spent many a day as a teen with friends and enjoying the salt life. As a young girl Sheri displayed an aptitude for the arts. She went to hone these skills at the Philadelphia academy of Fine Arts where she graduated with a four-year degree on May, 12 1982. She is survived by her son Beau. Services for Sheri will be private. Read Less
