Gary Browning, age 52, of Tyner, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2020. He leaves behind his loving wife, Pamela Kay Browning; five children, Billydean Shelton & wife Kerri of Keavy, KY, Joshua Shelton & wife Chelsey of London, KY, Jonathan Tyler Browning of Corbin, KY, Jessica Nicole Browning of Corbin, KY, Shawn Michael Browning of Tyner, KY; four siblings, Kathy Browning of Wallins, KY, Earl Browning Jr. & wife Judy of Corbin, KY, Wayne Browning of Jackson Co., TN, Butch Browning & wife Jackie of Kansas City, MO; eight grandchildren, Jayden Shelton, Kynlee Shelton, Kanyon Shelton, Ivy Browning, Braidon Shelton, Kingsley Fox, Maverick Shelton, Ariyah Faith Browning, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl Browning, Sr. and Shirley Simpson Browning; his son, Gary Daniel Browning; and his brother, Danny Browning. Gary was a founding member of Redemption Church in London, Kentucky where he was head Deacon. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, a skilled craftsman and a devout Christian. He lived for his grandchildren and working for the Lord. Funeral services for Gary Browning will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Redemption Church with Pastor Billydean Shelton officiating. Burial will follow at the Browning Cemetery in Wallins, KY. Pallbearers will be Earl Browning, Jr., Robbie Stewart, Sonny Long, Revis Hatfield, Lonnie Whitehead, Charles Hall, and Wayne Browning. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 beginning at 6:00 p.m. also at the church. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
