She was born on October 18, 1951 to the late Albert Saunders Pilkington and Minnie Toler Pilkington. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Jacob Dwight Martin, brothers, Junior, Donnie, Ronnie and Lynn; and sisters, Dorothy, Patsy and Mavis. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at Casey Funeral Home and Cremations chapel from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at 7:00 pm in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home and Cremations with the Reverend Dennis Pollock officiating. The committal will take place on Thursday, October 29, 2020 at 2:00 pm in the Progressive Church Cemetery. She is survived by sons, Robert Heller of Princeton, and Rodney Martin and wife, Lisa of Princeton; sisters, Jackie Matthews and Brenda Myers of Goldsboro; four grandchildren, Joshua, Aaron, Hailey and Colton; and great grandson, Grayson.
