Roman N. Blick, Jr., 76, of Sharon, KS, died Thursday, August 27, 2020 peacefully at his home. He was born on March 30, 1944 in a farm house north of Sharon, the son of Roman N. Blick, Sr. and Margaret (Ketzner) Blick. On September 24, 1964, he married the love of his life Sandy (Silcott) Blick in Sharon, KS. She survives. Roman was a member of the the St. Boniface Catholic Church, Sharon, KS, the Knights of Columbus and the U.S. Army National Guard. Surviving in addition to his wife, Sandy Blick of Sharon, KS, are six children, Debra (Jay) Angood of Pratt, KS, Joni (Tim) Casey of Kensington, NH, John (Michelle) Blick of Sharon, KS, Ted Blick of Cape Coral, FL, Justin Blick of Wichita, KS, and Brandee Blick (companion Harry) of Canyon City, CO; 18 grandchildren, Skylar, Gage, Hunter, Makenzie, Tanner, John, Jr., Elaina, Coady, Mylie, Braeanna, Yolanda, Bryan, Ruben, Slater, Nicole, Takira, Chelsea, and Brady; 11 great-grandchildren, Sophia, Gavin, Jaxon, John Trae, Brazen, Loralyie, Ari, Karoline, Jerik, Case, and Ryatt; two brothers, Victor Blick of Attica, KS and Vernon “Buzz” Blick of Medicine Lodge, KS; three sisters, Margaret Adams of Greensburg, KS, Joan Smith of Arnold, NE, and Mary Ann Blick of Fargo, ND. Roman was preceded in death by his parents and by a sister, Vivian Moore. Cremation has taken place. Rosary and Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, September 18th, 2020 at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Sharon. Rosary will be at 9:45am. Mass at 10:30am. Burial will follow in St. Boniface Cemetery in Sharon. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Knights of Columbus of Sharon in care of Larrison Funeral Home, 120 E.
