Margaret’s Obituary Margaret Josephine Neely Wells,77, of Kings Mountain, left this World for her home in Heaven on August 23, 2020. Margaret was born in Brevard, NC to the late Grover Cleveland Neely and Sarah Lavadia Aides. Margaret was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, who loved spending time with her grandchildren. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Jimmy Patrick Wells Sr.; daughter, Sonya Elaine Wells; brother, James Reeves. Margaret leaves behind three children, son, Jimmy Patrick Wells Jr. and wife Teresa, daughter, Wendy Wells McKinney and husband Dale, son, Timothy Scott Wells; nine grandchildren, Jacob Kahler, Katelynn McKinney Dennis and husband David, Jaylen McKinney, Marshall McKinney, Tiffany Snipes, Alex Kelly, Henry Conn, Baker Conn, and Patrick Wells. A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Tuesday, September 1, 2020, at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, 1503 South York Rd. Gastonia, officiated by Pastor Dennis Wells. The family will receive friends 6 -8 pm Monday, August 31, 2020, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Bessemer City Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
