Obituary Margaret Ann Rixman-West (78) of Eminence, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on July 30, 2020. She is survived by her daughter Alice Whitney and son Chris Skaggs (Lena), as well as 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. She is also survived by three sisters Edna Campbell (Hugh), Ella Brunner (Jim), and Joann Williams (Bobby) and one brother George Rixman (Karen) and many other family members and friends who loved her dearly. She was born November 2, 1941 to George and Edna Rixman who preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her husband James West and her son-in-law Bill Whitney. She was a member of Eminence New Hope Church of God. Due to COVID-19 there will be a memorial service held at a later date at Highland Memorial Gardens in Mt. Washington, Kentucky.
