Karen’s Obituary Karen A. (Waskom) Sparrow, 56 of Seymour, formerly of Crothersville, IN, passed away at 12:25 PM on Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at Schneck Medical Center. Born April 8, 1963, in Seymour, IN, she was the daughter of Richard Dale Waskom and Loretta (Rutherford) Waskom who are both deceased. Karen married George Sparrow who preceded her in death. She was employed with Developmental Service Inc in Seymour, IN. Karen was a 1983 Crothersville High School graduate and attended Crothersville Christian Church with her parents and enjoyed watching basketball. Survivors include a brother Michael D. (LaDonna Henson) Waskom of Martinsville, IN. A private burial will take place at Crothersville Cemetery. She was also preceded in death by 1 sister, Teresa Burton.
