Juan V. Frausto, 70, of Sandusky, passed away at the Cleveland Clinic on Sunday, July 26, 2020 after a brief illness. He was born on September 29, 1949 in Twist, Arkansas to the late Elias Frausto and the late Victoria (Veliz) Frausto. Juan attended Margaretta High School and was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran. He was employed by Barr, Inc. and later by Tenneco, from where he retired. He was a member of AMVETS Post 17, loved to play pool, playing in various leagues in past years, and loved spending time with his family. Juan is survived by his daughter, Tina (Craig) Warner, of Ashland; sons, John, Jamison, and Eli Frausto, all of Sandusky; grandchildren, Gavin, Max, Kinsey, and Callie Warner, all of Ashland, and Sam Frausto, of Sandusky; sisters, Irene Lance, of Fremont, and Lupe (Brett) Gribben, of Milan; brothers, Bob (Diana) and David Frausto, both of Sandusky; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Wilhemina Frausto; and brother, Elias, Jr., in infancy. Private viewing and services will take place for the immediate family at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, Sandusky. Burial will take place at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Sandusky. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Juan’s name may be made to the AMVETS Post 17, 307 Putnam St., Sandusky, OH 44870.
