Joyce D. (Lemon) Haskins, 77, of Sandusky, passed away in her home while surrounded by her loving family on Friday, August 28, 2020. She was born on March 21, 1943 in Eastaboga, Alabama to the late J.C. and Henrietta (Redding) Lemon. She raised her family and cherished every moment with them. Joyce is survived by her children, Jacquelyn (Carl Garland) Jones, of Sandusky, Tinee (Kelvin) McMorris, of Georgia, and David Johnson, of Columbus, OH; three granddaughters; 13 grandsons; 25 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Lois Brown, Catherine Wright, Josephus Lawson, James Lewis Barley, and John David Barley. She was preceded in death by her parents J.C. and Henrietta Lemon; daughters, Claudette and Michelle Johnson; husbands, Rayfers Johnson and Henry Haskins; step-sons, Charles and Robert Haskins; sons-in-law, Edward Jones and Larry Johnson; and brother, Frank Curry. A family graveside prayer will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2 at Oakwood Cemetery, Fremont, OH. Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky, is handling arrangements.
