Gloria L. Christakis, 90, of Bridgeport, OH died Thursday, August 20, 2020 at her home. She was born September 8, 1929 in Bellaire, OH., a daughter of the late Everett and Daisy Pearl Wallace Hannan. Gloria was a homemaker, a member of Bridgeport Order of Eastern Star, and the Bellaire Presbyterian Church where she was very active in all church functions. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John G. Christakis in 1991; a brother, James E. Hannan. Surviving are her daughter and caregiver, Jennifer N. Christakis of St. Clairsville, OH; a sister, Nancy M. Hannan of Bellaire; a brother, Edmond Hannan of Jacksonville, NC; a special cat, Esther and a granddog, Bentley. Friends are invited to attend a graveside funeral service at Holly Memorial Gardens Cemetery on Tuesday at 11 am with Rev. Marcia Allen officiating.
