Obituary DAVID LEE KISSEL, 66 of Weirton, WV passed away unexpectedly Friday August 21, 2020 at home. He was born August 17, 1954 in Steubenville, OH, the son of the late Andrew Kissel, Jr. and Anne Cerra Kissel. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Andrew Kissel III and James Kissel. David was a perfectionist in his enjoyment of painting cars. He also had a fondness for motorcycles, western movies, and Coors Light beer. He retired as an autobody technician. Surviving are his wife, Cheryl Adkins Kissel; stepdaughter, Patricia Linn (James); grandchildren, Chelsee Snape and Andrew Snape; also many close friends. And especially his beloved Doberman Pinscher, MAX. Visitation will be Sunday August 23, 2020 from 3:00 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 5:00 p.m. at STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 380 Penco Road, Weirton, WV.
