Cynthia “Cyndee” JoAnn Marston June 17, 1957 – August 17, 2020 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card| Memorial Donation Cynthia “Cyndee” JoAnn Marston, age 63, of Meta, passed away on Monday, August 17, 2020, at her home. She was born in Knox, Indiana, on June 17, 1957, daughter of Donald and Joyce (Hickman) Chesak. On June 12, 1977, in Winmack, Indiana, Cyndee was united in marriage to Robert “Bob” Marston, who survives at their home. Cyndee was a member of Faith Tabernacle Church near Iberia. In addition to her loving husband, Bob, she is also survived by her mother, Joyce Chesak; four children, Dale Basiger (Cheryl Hendricks), Carrie McGuire (Walter), Christopher Marston (Jenny), and Kimberly Raleigh Marston (Matt); seven grandchildren, Taylor, David, Robert, Christopher, Avalon, Michael and Trevor; great-grandchild, Koby; sister, Linda Oliver; two brothers, Dwight and Greg Chesak; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Chesak. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2020, at Southside Cemetery in Meta with Bro. Jon Skiles officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
