Tina Marie Mullins Serrano of Clintwood, Virginia passed away July 05, 2020. She was a lifelong resident of Dickenson County and a 2003 graduate of Clintwood High School. She was preceded in death by her father Doug Mullins and grandmother Mary Ellen Mullins. Survivors Include: Mother Jackie Mullins of Clintwood, Virginia 2 Sons Shaun Douglas Kiser Timothy Russell Kiser 2 Daughters Josie Mullins Gracie Mullins Fiancée Todd (RT) Stanley Sister Cindy Mullins Brother Tony Mullins Also, several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, July 11, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel with Clergyman John Farmer. Pallbearers will be Jerry Mann, Tony Mullins, JD Petruzzi, Todd (RT) Stanley, Shaun Douglas Kiser, and Timothy Russell Kiser. Honorary Pallbearers are Uncle Bob and Jared Mann.
