Susan’s Obituary Susan Martinez – Estrada age, 44 a longtime resident of Albuquerque, NM passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2020. Susan Martinez Estrada was born on April 22, 1976 to the late Ramon and Antonia Martinez. She graduated from West Las Vegas High School in 1994 and was united in marriage on April 30, 2005 to Mark Estrada. Who she spent 24 years of her life with. together they had two children Nathan and Amaya’s who they both loved dearly. Susan was employed with the department of health for many years. Susan cherished the time spent with her children who she loved with everything she had. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends listening to Rancheras and reminiscing about old times. She loved her Dallas Cowboys and her family vacations. Susan was a beautiful person who will be missed dearly. Susan is preceded in death by her parents: Ramon and Antonia Martinez; brothers: Antonio Martinez and Christopher Martinez; husband: Mark Estrada; uncle: Charles “Chaz” Martinez. She is survived by her children: Nathan Martinez (Natalia) and Amyiah Estrada both of Albuquerque, NM; sisters: Antoinette Martinez of Santa Fe, NM and June Archuleta of Las Vegas, NM; grandchildren: Adonis and Elena; mother-in-law: Mary Ann Espinosa of Albuquerque, NM; nieces: Marquissa and Larryissa; nephews: Ramon, Isaac, Kevin, Marcus and Isiah; aunts: Mary Ann Martinez and Diane Martinez both of Las Vegas, NM; uncles: Gilbert Martinez and Joseph Martinez both of Las Vegas, NM; aunts: Viola Martinez (Alex) of Las Vegas, NM, Sylvia Martinez of Albuquerque, NM, Patsy Lovato of Pecos, NM and Theresa Salazar of Las Vegas, NM; numerous: other relatives and many friends. Rosary devotional services will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at 9:00 am funeral mass will follow with both services to be held at Immaculate Conception Church with Father George V. Salazar as Celebrant. Attendance is limited to family members only. Burial of cremains will be held a later date at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallberars will be Ramon Martinez, Isaac Martinez, Marcus Montoya, Cordell Almanzar, Richard Palomino, Adrian Mares, Gilbert Martinez Jr. and Eddie Archuleta.
