Sister Mary’s Obituary Funeral services for Sister Mary Leona Kotula will be held at the Felician Sisters’ Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel, Lodi, New Jersey on Thursday, July 23, 2020. Sister Mary Leona will then be laid to rest in the Felician Sisters’ Cemetery in Lodi. Sister Mary Leona died on July 18, 2020, in Lodi, New Jersey. She was 91 years old and had been a Felician Sister for 74 years. In this time of Pandemic, all services are private. The former Theresa Kotula, Sister Mary Leona was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1928 . She entered the postulancy of the Felician Sisters in Lodi, New Jersey in 1946; received the Felician habit in 1947; professed her first vows in 1948 and final vows in 1956 .
