Oscar’s Obituary Oscar Ralph Lozano passed away on July 24, 2020, at the age of 78 years. He was born on December 29, 1941, to Charlie Raphael “C. R.” Lozano and Vera Diaz (Alvarado) Lozano. Oscar is preceded in death by his parents, C. R. and Vera Lozano, and his brother Carlos Lozano. He is survived by his wife Gloria Lozano; sons Mark P. Lozano and Christopher Xavier Lozano; nephew, Hector Lozano; nieces Rita Lozano and Lisa Lozano; grandchildren, Michael Lozano, Nicole Lozano Patterson, Shane Lozano and Nolan Lozano; and great-grandchildren Payten Patterson, Liana Lozano and Lucas Lozano.
