Leonard’s Obituary Leonard H. Boxley, 85, of Fredericksburg, VA departed this life on July 21, 2020 at Mary Washington Hospital. He worked since the age of fifteen. He was a truck driver for Budweiser for forty-five years. He then went onto drive for Fred transit for ten years. Leonard was preceded in death by his parents Mary and Willie Boxley; his siblings, Lindsay Boxley, Edward Boxley, James Boxley, Elder Boxley, Geneva Barnett and Mammie Mickens. Leonard is survived by his daughter, Lynne Michelle Boxley-Lewis (Anthony Lewis); his sisters Lorraine Alsop and Estelle Strothers of Stafford, VA and Williame White of Fredericksburg, VA; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A viewing will be held at A.L. Bennett and Son Funeral Home on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at 12:00 PM. Following the viewing, a funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow, immediately after the funeral service at the Boxley-Barnett Cemetery in Stafford, VA. Read More
