Memorials to the American Diabetes Assc. Kieth LeRoy Cunningham was born on November 25, 1946 in Grant, Nebraska to Kenneth and Hope (Burns) Cunningham. He grew up in Omaha and graduated from Omaha Central High School in 1964. Kieth worked while attending high school to help the family. It was during these early years that Kieth developed his love of cars and all things mechanical. Kieth married Linda Hummel in April of 1967 in Omaha, Nebraska and they were blessed with three children: Kenneth, Kevin and Karie. Kieth and Linda raised their family in Elkhorn. Kieth worked at Hyster, Lee Sapp Automotive and Quality Ford as a mechanic. He was a Certified Double Master Mechanic with Ford Motor Company. He loved fixing cars and camping. Kieth was a blunt, stubborn, quiet and thoughtful man. He enjoyed reading and savored a cold beer and dinner out just about anywhere. Kieth’s quiet selflessness showed as he and his family helped life-long friends Ray and Kathy Drawbridge for over 20 years at the old poor farm. As a family they spent countless weekends working, sharing countless amounts of blood, sweat and tears as they volunteered around the farm. Kieth passed away peacefully at his home on June 9, 2020 at the age of 73 years, 6 months and 15 days.. He was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Hope, wife Linda, brother Rick and sister Rinda. Kieth is survived by his daughter Karie Jones of Council Bluffs, IA; sons Ken of Elkhorn and Kevin of Centennial, CO; 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; sister Kendra Denker of Hudson, WI;

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Kieth LeRoy Cunningham November 25 1946 June 9 2020.
