Obituary Judith Ann Black, 60, of Weirton, WV passed away on July 6, 2020 at home surrounded by family. She was born on May 7, 1960 to the late George Yanko and surviving mother Dorothy (Davidson) Phillis of Beaver Falls, PA. She was also preceded in death by her step father George Phillis. She is survived by her husband Frank Black, two children Jennifer Black of Weirton, and Kristin Severs of Weirton, eight grandchildren Davyn Gringle, Trenton Black, Daveyon Black, Tajeh Black, Jai Lee Black, Nickolas Severs, Hayden Severs, and Morgan Severs. Five sisters Kathy (Bruce) Stockman of East Palestine, Susan (Harry) Grimm of Enon Valley, PA, Denise (Joe) Edmiston of Macedonia, OH, Regina Yanko of Darlington, PA, Karen (Bob) Watson of Spring Hill, TN, and one brother Virgil (Mary Ann) Phillis of Petersburg, OH. Friends will be received on Thursday July 9, 2020 from 2- 4 pm at Schuetz Funeral Home 235 Clifton Ave. Mingo Jct., OH.
