Purdy, 66, of Binghamton, reunited with her daughter on July 28, 2020 after being overcome with her battle of cancer. Joyce will always be remembered for her outgoing and sassy personality Joyce was predeceased by her parents Ray and Frances Cole, her daughter Marisa Matthews, her broter Dennis Cole, sister Cheryl Doyle, and her niece Brandy Smith. Joyce is survived by her daughter Jessica (Christina Fiske) Cole, grandchildren James Cole, Zachary Bodine, Haleigh Bodine, Kendrick Fiske, Blake Malewicz, sister Dara Smith, brothers Philip Cole Steve, (Sheri) Cole, Walter (Jannet) Byrne. Ex-husband Larry Cole. She also leaves behind many cherished nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the Pennsylvania Avenue Dialysis Center their compassionate and wonderful care for helping Joyce with her treatments.
