Obituary Jarrold “Jerry” Paul Jerry Paul of Summit Township died peacefully at his home on July 10, 2020 at the age of 66. A funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Brick – Meger Funeral Home (1603 – Austin Road Owatonna.) Friends may greet the family one hour before the funeral service. Jerry was born May 4, 1954 in Owatonna, the son of John F. and Joan E (Matz) Paul. Jerry attended high school in Owatonna. On July 3, 1976 he was united in marriage to Marlys Von Ruden (they would later divorce). Together the couple had two daughters Renee and Stacy. As a young couple, they moved to California and resided there for ten years. Jerry was a jack of many trades. His main occupation was a truck driver and a welder. Jerry loved fixing up classic cars, attending car shows, and driving in parades. Jerry was always tinkering with something in the garage. Survivors include his daughters Renee (Mike) Massingham and Stacy (Tracy) Hockers and five grandchildren. His mother Joan Paul and brother John “Jack”(Sue) Paul as well as Jeff Hofschulte, many nephews, cousins, and close friends.
